Quality of rice starts in the field to continue to the correct processing and preservation in order to maintain all the organoleptic and nutritional properties to the consumer.

 Our agronomists (partners of Ideariso, but also technical referents in Italy for rice cultivation) take care of the rice fields to ensure the best results in compliance with the IPM or organic farming principles, maximizing the efficiency of naturally occurring resources (soil and water).

We cultivate rice in our lands located in the three most important Italian rice-growing provinces: Vercelli, Pavia and Novara. The different varieties are grown by choosing for each of them the most appropriate and suitable areas in terms of type of soil and climate.
